Hello

I’m Hannah and as a qualified counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, I welcome you to my practice.

I offer face to face therapy sessions to adults in Sutton and surrounding areas and also online sessions.

As an integrative therapist I use different theoretical models and approaches tailored to suit each unique individual. I provide a warm safe space to focus on your problems and help you explore your issues with the aim of enabling you to cope better with everyday life.

I offer emotional support to those experiencing low mood and anxiety but also low self esteem and self confidence, bereavement, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, sleep concerns and addiction.

Counselling can help to empower you to be aware of your inner strength and regain a sense of control of your life.

Understandably there are times we can feel confused, anxious, unable to cope and unsure what to do. It can be difficult to reach out for support but through a compassionate and curious approach I aim to help people make sense of their emotional life, enabling them to better understand what is happening.

Psychological therapy offers an opportunity to make changes to our thinking and behaviour patterns, so we can manage the challenges of life whilst increasing a sense of pleasure, appreciation and meaning in our lives.

Beginning to talk about your feelings can help hugely to release emotions. By increasing your self awareness and recognise your triggers, counselling assists you to navigate life’s problems, allowing you to gain enjoyment in your life.
I am able to offer either long-term, time limited brief therapy or solution-focused counselling.

Losing a loved one can be the hardest time in our life. Emotional support can help to carry us through the darkest times.
